Das spart Zeit, erleichtert das Aufrüsten und ermöglicht den Wechsel der Öse am Schothornpunkt an Land oder im Wasser, ohne dass die Gefahr besteht, dass ein Teil verloren geht.
Kompatibel mit allen Rennsegeln, die mit einer Öse am Schothorn ausgestattet sind, wird es mit einer Spitze von 2 mm bis 4 mm verwendet, vorzugsweise aus Dyneema.
